I provide psychotherapy services to individual adults, specializing in stress, anxiety, and the effects of trauma and loss. My approach is collaborative and holistic, blending traditional talk therapy approaches and neuroscience-informed techniques like mindfulness and somatic therapies.
Larissa Gregorovich
BFA, BSW, MSW, RSW
I am a registered social worker who uses a trauma-informed approach to provide one-to-one psychotherapy to adults. My professional experience spans over 20 years, and includes consulting, training, applied social research, and clinical practice. In this practice, I am informed primarily by narrative therapy, but also draw from a range of other evidence-informed methods to provide holistic support.
