Larissa Gregorovich
BFA, BSW, MSW, RSW
In addition to my clinical work, I have 20 years of practical community development experience, working front-line with diverse and hard-to-reach populations, including residents and community groups in multilingual, low income, Indigenous, immigrant, and street-involved communities. I have worked in community engagement, applied social research, and health promotion in order to support various initiatives of not-for-profit, health care, and social service agencies throughout the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario. This has included:
- Community development consultation
- Policy analysis and development
- Qualitative and quantitative evaluation framework development and implementation
- Primary and secondary research (key informant interviews, focus groups, literature reviews, needs assessments, community asset-mapping, environmental scans, etc.)
- Programming framework and program development
- Educational workshops
- Group facilitation
- Community engagement strategy design and implementation
